How many bundles should I purchase?
3 to for a natural look. If you prefer more volume than 4.
Can you wet the hair extensions?
Yes
What are the best products to use to care for my hair extensions?
There is little to no smell, but I would recommend using Tresemme shampoo and conditioner.
How long does shipping take?
Flat rate fee $14, with packages being delivered in 7 – 10 business days.
Is financing available?
Currently not available. Coming soon
Do you offer express delivery?
No but can request same day delivery for a fee of $25.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All orders are non-refundable and ineligible for cancellation.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during checkout. You will also receive a second email once your order as been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link will be sent to your email to follow the status of delivery.
